Looking and feeling 10x better. 
We've been able to keep food volume the same, manipulating minor variables to continue the push down, all without drastic measures and maintaining a normal, healthy lifestyle.

Workout productivity is still high, hitting new PR's and progressively overloading each session.

Long term sustainability is the name of the game. Super proud of the work this dude has put in to get to this point. Stay tuned to see where we go from here

With the school year winding down, summer around the corner, and a big trip coming up, our goal was to make some big changes to look and feel good going into June. 

‼️217 lbs bodyweight to 204 lbs in a little over 30 days! We’ve been able to shave off a good few inches on his waist and gut, along with slimming down his face.‼️

No drastic measures, major lifestyle changes, or extreme dieting. Consistency, monitored intake, dietary modification, and focus was more than enough. 

Super proud of this dude and what we have been able to accomplish in just a month. 

We are gonna take the foot off the gas slightly while he is away to enjoy some quality family time, good food, and rest. Once we’re back from vacation, we’ll be back to pushing hard and make some huge changes. 

Very excited for what’s to come.

In this video I am using an Atlantis Seated T-Bar Row. This advice can be used with any other brand of T-Bar machines.

The T-Bar Row is a very simple and effective movement for the Back. This machine allows for the user to select different hand positions and arm paths to isolate and target different muscles in the back. In this video, I use a 90° pronated grip to target my rhomboid, rear delt, and lat muscles.

Keeping up with low volume as it’s proven to give me great results for a while now. Typically 2-3 sets per exercise at full tilt.
