4 month and 25 lbs down checkpoint with @giacomo.leone 💯💯💯 Looking and feeling 10x better. We've been able to keep food volume the same, manipulating minor variables to continue the push down, all without drastic measures and maintaining a normal, healthy lifestyle. Workout productivity is still high, hitting new PR's and progressively overloading each session. Long term sustainability is the name of the game. ⚡️1 month transformation for my man @giacomo.leone ⚡️ With the school year winding down, summer around the corner, and a big trip coming up, our goal was to make some big changes to look and feel good going into June. ‼️217 lbs bodyweight to 204 lbs in a little over 30 days! We’ve been able to shave off a good few inches on his waist and gut, along with slimming down his face.‼️ No drastic measures, major lifestyle changes, or extreme dieting. Consistency, monitored intake, dietary modification, and focus was more than enough. Super proud of this dude and what we have been able to accomplish in just a month. We are gonna take the foot off the gas slightly while he is away to enjoy some quality family time, good food, and rest. Learn the proper technique of the T-Bar Row! Read Below for more Info✅ . In this video I am using an Atlantis Seated T-Bar Row. This advice can be used with any other brand of T-Bar machines. . The T-Bar Row is a very simple and effective movement for the Back. This machine allows for the user to select different hand positions and arm paths to isolate and target different muscles in the back. Continuously climbing and controlling all variables to progressively overload each week and set new PR’s.
